The team is quite responsive and eager to help, which is great. The tool served its purpose and helped us launch our email course and issue 3000+ certificates. Has nice analytics and some extra add-ons for sending certificate from your domain and re-sending them (for extra credits) if the person didn't open the email/certificate. The CEO is very involved and the team really cares about good customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a good solution for companies running long campaigns where certificates are needed. It was very helpful to engineer some virality for our course, however it has some limitations. It only allows exporting up to 100 contacts at a time, which is restrictive for bulk exports. Additionally, I encountered several setup issues, including a CNAME bug, problems with the Zapier-Hubspot integration, and difficulties exporting both first and last names in a single column.
I hope the team will work on some of those features, like bulk exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is really fast once sending out certificates, There many good designes premade. the contacts import is really ease to implement. Customer Support is ok. We use it 10-15 times a month. Its not easy to integrate with other services. They have good templates related to our company ( Educational Webinar) so its a lot more beneficial for us then others. Before We had to spend at least 1-2 Hours making certificates on canva manually for out students and sending it out to our students by hand through titan mail , but certifier software automatically sends it too. They have the best customer support team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont like the integration, I want to interate it with canva.com or some better desinger as there current designer is just generic. Our clients, at kingston audit, require there certificates to be uploaded on our site, so its bit hectic & I would love it if they make an integration for that too. I love that it has a free version so you can use it before buying the real deal. The interface is really easy to navigate and I love that they added the new schduele certificate sending too. I takes no time to sign up so thats a plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has limited Integration with ANY OTHER Software, It was a really bad designer, I would love to see more customizablity and more elements like photos or icons preinstalled Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I looked every where for a good certificate manager as I was tired( & my team) of doing it by hand. There were a bunch of other options but they all didnt provide as much features as certifier and they were all very pricey and only a few had free plans and those were limited with only 50 Certificates. Certifier has 250 Certificate Free Limit with allmost all the feutures even customer support, and they provide support with integration and implementation over email too. Thays why it was really quick to implement. I now use it quite frequently it has built a place in our team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cant Complain about anything but it would be nice to see more options like currently they have certificates & badges, I know they have the pontential to do much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certifier has a very nice interface, extremely easy to use and the designer has tons of templates and the importing options are awseome, the best part is that they automatically distribute the certificates ( unlike others) and they send them instantly. It was really easy to Integrate and there customer support is the fastest & Most usefull Ive ever seen. Its easily implemented and I use this frequently due to its great quality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say the sharing capabilities, you cant share your designs with other acoounts but still not much of a hastle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I chose Certifier because it came up top of the Google search for best credential app for 2024. I haven't been disappointed. I did that search because I was trying to get my head around the leading credential app for some days (at least the one I've come across!) and just found it completely befuddling. I just couldn't get to the page to create a credential rather than view my own. It seemed I had to do hours of eLearning to qualify to get to this page. As a solo premier I just don't have time for that! In contrast Certifier is extremely easy to use, and only took me a few easy steps and just a few minutes to create my first credential badge and issue it. Creating the badge is really quick and easy to do. It works similar to Canva so it's super intuitive. I'm also impressed you can issue a large number of credentials in a year before you need a paid plan. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found any as yet. Was very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most about Certifier is its comprehensive suite of features for creating and sending professional certificates online easily. The certificate builder, diverse template options, seamless email integration, robust security measures, and insightful analytics make it the perfect solution for digital credential management. Although Certifier.io offers an impressive features, one drawback is its potentially steep learning curve for new users. Also somethings glitches or technical issues arise, disrupting workflow efficiency. Furthermore, some people might find the pricing plans a little expensive comparing to other platforms. I represent the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology at the university, and we conduct a lot of workshops, training sessions, and other types of events. Recently, we decided to stop issuing paper-based certificates, because it requires time, money for paper, and time to meet and talk with people. After analysis of the market, we stopped on the Certifier for several reasons: 1. It is easy to use 2. We can change the design even for the issued certificates, 3. It gives us a chance to issue 250 certificates for free, to try most of the features, 4. The cost of the license is affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like Certifier. The thing I would like to find is a way to search among issued certificates by the certificate number. It would be constructive. It seems there is such functionality, but I did not find it. Another thing is the search function. It does not search in other languages except English, although I can issue a certificate in almost any language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its Pricing is extremely cheap so it was easy for my company to implement it, it has a free version too so to test the integration it was really easy to use. So we used there free plan first as it was awseom, the certificate designer is not outstanding but its still doable. There customer support is good too. To Test it we used it quite frequently and it showed 0 errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Certificate Designer is not as editable as expected but what else can you ask for on a free plan, I would like some integration possiblities like with canva Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
